Enable websocket support

This is important when we start working with notifications.

To be clear about this issue, and to not be prescriptive in our reporting, this issue is to enable real-time notifications of changes. For example if we had a profile page, and someone edited their name, we'd like to have a way, using ldflex if possible, to be notified of that change so we can display it right away.
