changed default scale to nil, to handle vector (pdf) files

If no value is given, the user may be wants to get a Contents.json without scale attribute. This removes the scale attribute, if no scale is given in the filename.

Hi @julianmee, Sorry for only seeing this now over a year later. Been quite a year huh :-) I like the intent of this PR.. but I'm confused by the commits by the other Julian, Julian Gaedecke, particularly the removal of main.swift. I'd like to merge 6810b68, but not the others in this PR
