Merging with dhamaniasad/awesome-linux

There's been an agreement that this list will be combined with dhamaniasad/awesome-linux.

Progress:

• [x] Combining the X Windows Managers section
• [ ] Making an edit to the CONTRIBUTING.md file stating the rules for including new X Windows Managers to the list.
• [x] Creating a new subsection in the GUI-based applications for Graphical Package Managers, since they're not really DE-based but distro-based (suggestion for the name: Distro-based Package Management Tools)
• [x] Figuring out where GParted should go
• [x] Adding EDE to Other Desktop Environments
• [x] Figuring out should Enlightenment be included in the DE section, WM section or possibly both sections (bug specific to this issue)

I've added the package management tools to the list. GParted could go under GUI-based Applications, maybe under a subsection called Partition Management Tools.
