Add 62366-1 Templates

Hi, do you have plans to add templates for 62366-1? If not, would you accept contributions towards such templates?

I have not investigated in detail if 62366-1 is suited for your template system, but I am interested in starting that discussion at least.

@kaspermarstal we do not currently have plans to add templates for 62366-1, however, we would certainly consider adding a template for it. I am only somewhat familiar with 62366-1 (and 62366-2), but I suspect it would be a good fit for RDM. Certainly on our next client project that uses RDM and 62366 we were planning on adding it.

FYI @kaspermarstal we have a project that may require templates that comply with IEC62366-1 and also the FDA's HFE Guidance documents. FYI @ejcurtis
