WIP: fix(redis): Fix false positive for cluster HA

We want to raise a warning if two masters or two slaves are active on the same home because a sudden lost of the current vm would lead to data loss. All other cases (port 7000 not being master or 7001 not being slave) are actually not a problem because the cluster status is still fine!
