Unable to run example

Hi! I'm facing an issue when trying to run your example code. I'm kinda new with coding, so apologies in advance if this is basic info. When I run the example.py with streamlit i get this error message: Trying encoding='utf8', i get this error message: I'm using PyCharm and Anaconda to run my scripts with streamlit. Python version is 3.9.7 and streamlit version is 1.2.0
