Dynamic slot using v-for with typescript implicitly has type 'any'

As @NojusM suggested, the following does the trick: ``` ``` Cast `$slots as {}`.

Utility children of a LayoutContainer (overflow container, background, stroke and mask) are not being destroyed on destroy() call.

I'm not sure if I'm having the EXACTLY same issue, but I can confirm that the amount of components I create is different from what gets destroyed.

Replaced DOMNodeRemoved event by MutationObserver
