wned_report.py no longer supports API/v2

Hey dude,

As discussed, Troy hunt no longer support v2 . v3 requires an API key header to be included and the user needs to pay $3.50 each month for key (Lame!)

Could probably update the script with the new URL https://haveibeenpwned.com/api/v3/breachedaccount/[email protected]
