Describe the addition: An accurate fire overlay for Dungeons Mobs' Wraith Fire.

Screenshots: The fire overlay on models and the player's screen should be the same color of blue as Wraith Fire. 2021-10-31_03 05 09 2021-10-31_03 02 17
