INET v3.6.6 does not exist

INSTALL.md says:

You should have a ... working INET-Framework installation (v3.6.6). (Download from http://inet.omnetpp.org)

But there is no version 3.6.6 available at https://inet.omnetpp.org/Download.html .

I had the same issue time ago, but i used this, works https://github.com/inet-framework/inet/releases/download/v3.6.6/inet-3.6.6-src.tgz
