SSR not working on shared hosting cPanel

I have a project and its required to deploy on a shared hosting. i only have cPane and i can only create node app.There is no option to keep inertial:start-ssr command to run in background.. Other node js app have some kind off express server... Is there any way to run ssr server on shared hosting cPane .
