"?" icon after every wake up
Whenever I put my Mac to sleep and wake it up, the app icon turns into a "?" and shows no data. I have to manually click the icon and hit the "Refresh" button every time to fix it.
I came to report this as well, but it is not specific to sleep/wake. For example, on my Mac Mini which never goes to sleep, I have been getting frequent ?. This is on macOS 15.1 + DWD 5.2.1
I too am seeing this but in my case, hitting refresh does nothing whatsoever. I don't have Location Services enabled so I have to re input lat/lon every single time. A pain in the ass tbh. I don't know why location by zip code was done away with.
If it's happening with lat/long, then it's probably not related to LocationServices. I have seen this on my end but haven't been able to reproduce it.

If you're trying to reproduce it, try logging out or restarting your machine. Almost 100% of the time I do so, I come back to DWD malfunctioning and providing no data until lat/lon is re-inputted.
Also, I didn't quite understand your response in the issue I submitted that was closed. If the US region still allows for zip code usage, why not reimplement just for some users' convenience?
