Manifest version 3 for ignotifier v2

Chrome 99 is now giving a warning that Manifest version 2 will not be supported in 2023. Can you provide a Manifest version 3 option for ignotifier v2? I find that the ignotifier v2 is more reliable than the developer version and would strongly prefer to stick to it than to switch. I've tried to like the developer version, but keep switching back to v2 which is just great.
