Sender Email (For Confirmation Mail to User) is not taking/converting a variable

I have the receiver as a variable derived from a list to choose from.

Putting the variable into "Mail to Receiver" "Receivers Email": {ansprechpartner}@my-domain.de works.

But putting it in: "Mail to User" "Sender Email (For Confirmation Mail to User) " : {ansprechpartner}@my-domain.de

Is giving me in my confirmation Email that the form sender gets: Reply to: My Company < {ansprechpartner}@my-domain.de>, so the variable is not converted.
