Filterable mashup markers based on CPT taxonomy (feature request)

Display a map that shows the markers from custom post types (each with custom taxonomies) that can be easily filtered to show/hide markers as the user selects different criteria from the applicable taxonomies.

For example, on a map that shows all markers from a CPT named "Properties", need to be able to filter the markers based on Property "Type" and "Neighborhood" (taxonomies of CPT "Properties").

@kevinwhoffman , @DevinWalker , As per my understanding we need this feature for front side. So I have a queries for how we envisioning front view of map with filter.

@nishitlangaliya Hold off on this for now. This feature needs design work first if we are going to pursue it.
