Evaluation of the W3.CSS framework

Hi, I really enjoyed reading your post with the structured comparison of CSS frameworks. I'm considering trying out a different CSS framework than W3.CSS which I'm using now. But I have to admit, I could not find any framework being small enough, completely without JS, but offering at least that much as W3.CSS, but being a little bit more polished (I would like it to use flexbox a lot, but W3.CSS currently doesn't do at all). So far the closest choice would be Bulma, but I'm still not convinced.

Do you think you could evaluate also the W3.CSS framework (the newest version, of course)?
