repLoad issue

Hi,

I'm able to successfully to load the 10x original filtered_contig_annotations.csv file. But I got error "Error in while (is.na(recomb_type) && i < 100 && !is.na(.name[i])) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed" after I removed some cells.

Thank you for opening the issue. Does this prevent you from properly analyzing, or is some data missing? Please let me know. I'm open to scheduling a short call to discuss this issue over Zoom if this accelerates things.
