Add example command using parameter validation

In the dynamic-commands project, it would be useful to add an example illustrating parameter validation.

Does some example like this exist already, and I missed it?

If I recall correctly, the parameter validation feature was added at a hackathon at the request of @rimadoma. As far as I know, no example exists.
