Version number in "About ImageJ" does not match real version

When compiling the current ImageJ 2.1.1-SNAPSHOT, and then opening the Help->"About ImageJ" will show version 1.53c.

This had me confused, I'm sure many other users will also be confused by this. This will also add confusion when reporting bugs, etc.

Please change the "About ImageJ" to show the real version.

I will second this and also say that this affects Fiji as well.

This is nearly 1 year since 1.53c was released and still shows the same version.

It would also be nice if you would update the CFBundleVersion and the CFShortBundleVersionString the macOS Fiji.app/Contents/Info.plist with the correct version.
