Migrate landinig plugins to ops

Catalog which plugins would be useful as ops. Make a list here. Implement them one by one.

@landinig replied just today to the ImageJ mailing list suggesting to use Threshold Regional Gradient instead of a Hough transform for segmenting some bubbles. It would really be awesome to make these Morphology Collection plugins more accessible!

Thanks @ctrueden. That particular one is difficult to migrate because it uses a pile of other classes that would need migration first. By the way, I pushed some fixes to the Auto Threshold some months ago and the updated jar never appears in Fiji. Do I have to do anything further?

Sorry @landinig, I see your changes from June 12, but I never cut a new release since then. I will try to cut needed new releases and upload them before the end of the year.
