Linux: Missing source for `ImageJ.desktop`, and missing installations instructions

The archive contains ImageJ.desktop.

  1. How is that file created?
  2. The installations instructions do not mention this file. It’d be great to document, that it should be copied to ~/.local/share/applications/.
