Translate the aggregator-microservices readme to Spanish

Hi all! Following 01.-How to contribute document I create this issue because I want to contribute to actually open issue #2277 translating aggregator-microservices/README.md

I will save it in a new repository fork from my account in localization/es ./aggregator-microservices new subfolder and will make a new Pull Request for be merged soon.
