Revisiting this for batch cycle consideration, it would be better to keep the existing gdoc breadcrumb system as the way we do overrides, and then otherwise use the tag graph...

If this is causing issues in other places, could you update all the other GdocBase inheritors to use `defaults` too? 🙂

These have all been updated. There are a few that are still using a semi-custom design (e.g. democracy) but we're happy with that 👍
