The app freezes when loading files bigger than 1 megabyte

I am currently dealing with the same issue in Quick Pad and the only solution seems to be to disable loading files larger then 1 MB.

That seems to affect also Notepads, here's a ticket about the issue https://github.com/JasonStein/Notepads/issues/10 (as a temporary workaround the app simply doesn't open the file showing a pop-up messaege

There is an issue in the WinUI repository for this https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/issues/1842.
