installation instructions
On Windows chances are high that installation of MESSAGEix via the command "conda install -c conda-forge message-ix" fails if the console was not executed with administrator privileges. Also, adding information on what to do in case of failure would be useful. In my case "wheel" fails to build and the whole installation does not work.
