monster knowledge: from character to account

atm monster knowledge which player could see with / hotkey saved for character.. so if player do not reincarnate (which is very rare case) - you loose it every time.

... T: also there is a bug - actually this info doesn't saved upon reincarnation too PW: Monster knowledge is never saved. You have to relearn with every character, same as flavors..... this would mean redo the whole monster memory

I suppose we need to make separate system from V for such stuff... maybe add separate file for each account with info.. it will bring loads of file though.. need to think how to implement.
