Wish: plot.igraph to return x and y in support of subsequent annotation

Hi Gabor,

since plot.igraph recalculates x and y positions versus the layout that is provided, it would be very helpful if these coordinates could be returned so that they can be used for subsequent annotations (e.g. named reference lines or explanatory texts placed in the margin).

One year later I have the same wish, this feature would really make the plot.igraph function so much more useful!
