Feature: ability to add a Dismiss all button on container

Even if we try to create our applications correctly, there could be an unexpected case where the end-user get drowned under tons of notifications. That would be good if the NotificationContainers could optionally have a “dismiss all” button or link as soon as there are more than 1 notification displayed.
