FIX: Remove "validators" from config.yml When Scaffolding Consumer Chains

Describe the bug

When scaffolded a consumer chain, the config.yml file preserves the "validators" entry. Though this is exactly what a consumer chain does not need and can create confusion.

Ignite CLI should not provide this field anymore when a consumer chain is scaffolded.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. ignite scaffold chain chainname --consumer
