Prevent Scaffolding Chains with Numbers in the Name

Describe the bug You can scaffold a chain with a number, afterwards errors are thrown.

It should probably give feedback already before scaffolding the chain. Check should be done at the scaffold stage.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. scaffold a chain "blog2" ignite scaffold chain blog2
2. cd blog2
3. ignite scaffold list post title body
4. ✘ Name cannot contain number
