Walls sticking out through the roof

Another problem I noticed when opening the office building example from the ifcwiki is that sometimes parts of a wall extend through the roof. Interestingly it is not always the same part, so this might be some floating point accuracy/uninitialised variable issue.

Tested it with SimpleViewerExample from 01.11.2017 on x64/Windows 10 using Carve. The old IfcQuery from the website has the same behaviour.

If I have the time I might investigate further.

Interestingly, IfcOpenShell had the same issue (#6 and #163), maybe their approach can also be applied here.
