I am trying to reproduce the paper results but am stuck because the link visdial_params.json appears to have expired.

Let me see if I can fix it; I need to refresh my memory on this project :). Meanwhile, I believe it should be the same file as in the original repo: https://github.com/batra-mlp-lab/visdial/blob/master/README.md
