docker support

when I try to have the explaination of the docker command, it doesn't work.

IIRC, docker doesn't do manpages, but someone has made the effort to generate them. I'll update and (hopefully) file a PR when I can figure out how to incorporate their efforts.

It's even worse now. It finds the wrong docker: docker(1) - System tray for KDE3/GNOME2 docklet applications

There are docker man pages available on ubuntu at least
