error when opening visual application studio 15.0

when I try to open a project created in visual studio 15 in sharpdevelop, I get an error saying that it does not have the tool 15.0, but the 14.0 and 13.0

Open the project file in a text editor and change the tools version number to 4.0. That's worked for me in the past.
