Support for .NET FW 4.6

We should consider (5.2?) to support 4.6 targets (RC today).

Maybe this should get a higher priority, because FW 4.5.2 is also not supported by the current #develop release version, but this version is (lately) required by some Microsoft Assemblies (e.g. Microsoft.CrmSdk.CoreAssemblies).

Support for 4.5.2 is already present in the source code, but this does not help much, if the release version is behind the requirements of some official Microsoft assemblies.

I suggest to consider building a minor patch for the #develop 5.1 release version, which contains the already present 4.5.2 support plus the 4.6 support as solution for this ticket.
