Click-dragging on the line number margin does not scroll

When click-dragging on the line number margin and dragging to the top/bottom, the document does not scroll. In contrast to this, when click-dragging inside the document text, the document does scroll.

I installed 5.02. While this mostly works, I found a bug:

Have a document with several screens worth of text.
Select text dragging down on line number margin until more than a screenful of text is selected.
Without releasing the mouse, drag up to the top => It does not scroll.

@dgrunwald I just noticed that this is marked as closed. However, the bug is still (partially) there. Can you reopen this, or should I create a new issue?
