Don't use repo LICENSE as the POM license URL

It causes issues with license verification libraries like [Licensee](https://github.com/cashapp/licensee/issues/137). Removing the URL at https://github.com/icerockdev/moko-graphics/blob/master/graphics-build-logic/src/main/kotlin/publication-convention.gradle.kts#L33 should do the trick because the name is already set to the correct SPDX id.
