build fix and small improvement

add mvn install as first step, set plugin version to fix build error, add some gitignore

Please check pom.xml <artifactId>javafx-graphics</artifactId> part. I'm not sure this comment came from you or I commited and you merged. If this change was really sure I'll revert those parts.
