make function is not working

I got this error when I was installing through bash2py manual

when i try to run ./install I got this thing install: line 4: make: command not found
-rw-r--r-- 1 stanikon 1049089 2589440 Mar 1 11:28 bash2pyengine

and later if I ignore and run the ./bash2py -f and the {path} I got this error

'bash-4.3.30' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Could you please check it out

I'm not using any Docker Build
