Private Key management with NuCypher

Hi everyone,

I think NuCypher's PKE could be a really elegant solution for distributed private Key management on OpenMined that satisfy's both Jane's and AI Inc's requirements (see Andrew's slide deck). If you agree, I can set up an intro to the team. I'm sure they would be very interested in collaborating or building out a specific white-label version for Open Mined.
