Gradle configuration error

Hello, please help me out here. I'm very new to using external library. My project gradle couldn't synchronize. It says the error is ... from your set-up code below .

    repositories {
        ...

}

dependencies {
    implementation 'com.github.iammert:ReadableBottomBar:0.1'
}

Here's my initial gradle configuration

the "...", simply shoudn't be there, erase this
