%eta_hrs seems to show disabled deck ETA

Bug/Issue Description A short description of the issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Config > Advanced > Disable some decks
2. Click on General > Add Output %eta_hrs
3. Click OK

ETA will show all decks despite having them disabled.
