Configuration Window Opening Behind Add-On Window

Bug/Issue Description The add-on's configuration window is opening behind Anki's Add-On window and it will not take focus and thus I cannot use it set configuration.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Anki's Add-On dialog from the Tools menu
2. Select the StudyTimeStats from the lit of add-on's
3. Click the Configure button in the right sidebar
4. StudyTimeStats configuration window opens behind Anki's Add-On window. Trying to click it to give it focus does not work, only gives a 'beep'. Can move the Add-On window out of the way but cannot click or tab into the StudyTimeStats window.

Additional Context Anki Version ⁨24.04.1 (ccd9ca1a)⁩ Python 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1 OS macOS Ventura 13.2.1 All other add-ons were disabled and the problem remains. I.e. it does not appear to be a conflict from another active add-on.
