add support for workspace symbols

I write lot of vim plugins which are in different files. Would it be possible to support workspace symbols?

I recently created quickpick-lsp.vim which allows to do this and have started to use workspace symbols search more often but I'm currently missing it for vim.

I'm a bit confused as I got the impression from:

I don't know how you test with funcrion but it works well for me. Make sure your files in workspace or vim runtime path.
