Page width, especially for code blocks

I like printing out blocks of code, and it's really helpful to have a much wider div within which to render the markdown. I do not recommend hardcoding like this, but rather making it a configurable option; however, I don't know how to do that, so if anyone else has the know-how I'd be happy to amend the PR and retire my fork.
