Rotation issue

Hi i just freshly installed illenium but on register creation i cannot turn the character. Whats happens is that hes trying to turn but is like stuck only trying in loop to turn. I made sure i installed it correctly. On the other hand on /pedmenu the rotation in working.

Can you please help ? There are no errors in f8 or console
