Improve job queue logging.

Subtasks:

• Print out queue in a vertical stack with a limit beyond which it goes horizontal...maybe have the beginning and end of the stack be vertical.
• print out whole queue for end state changes
• put "sub state" info like QUEUED(just added) and QUEUED(not armable).
