Plugin phonebox_plugin does not provide a 'config' variable

Tried to install phonebox plugin on Netbox 3.1.4 code but I'm getting this error below when running python3 manage.py migrate

I believe this is fixed in phonebox_plugin version 0.0.3-beta.8
