This is a quick and dirty fix wich made my installation for docker run. closes #77

Hi @aruhri. Thank you for the PR. Dockerfile fix looks good. I'll test in my environment shortly. Please revert the changes to the template files regarding older jquery versions. I have left those links intentionally for backward compatibility with older NetBox versions.

I think it is not necessary, because the plugin delivers the jquery itself. It does not use jquery installed in netbox.

@iDebugAll , can we get this merged? At the moment the docker build in the main branch does not work but this PR fixes it.
