Serveral issues with access-rights prevent from displaying the content in docker-image

Processes in the docker-container run as user nit (uid=100, gid=101) file ownerships are set to 1000.1000 in the Dockerfile The permissions in the dockerfile (644) do not respect the necessity to enter a directory wich needs 755.

The version of jquery which is requested is 3.4.1 the file in the image is 3.5.1
